No fan/air con. Got pretty hot first thing in the morning and you had to either open window or sliding door.

The breakfast here with scrambled eggs was excellent and the service was great, all at a wonderful price.

The manager was great, provided full cream and trim milk to suit us both. Spa pool was good, room was clean.

could not use the spa jets after 10pm, so better sound proofing would be good.

The 4-star hotel was really good, and I loved staying here. the room had a comfortable bed, a lounge, and a kitchen. the location was very convenient, close to the main shopping area and supermarkets.

This has been the 5th time we have stayed at Fenton Court and is always clean and tidy and the friendlyness of the owners is fantastic

Cleanliness - room was spotless

Spartan to the extreme No cooking facilities except microwave. No kitchen sink. Miniature fridge. Mini shower when there is plenty of room in the bathroom for a larger one. Room was frigid when we arrived. A bit of forethought to have heated up the room would have been appreciated upon arrival. Had to turn off the heater during the night as it was continuously making expansion and contraction noises, keeping us awake.

Loved having our own hot tub. That was a lovely setting very relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy motel in Rotorua. The location was great, not too far from everything I wanted to visit. The highlight of my stay was the hot tub in my room. It was so relaxing to sit in the warm, thermal water after a long day of exploring. The staff at the motel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite a small issue with the hot tub making some noise, it still provided a delightful experience. The provided pint of milk was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely consider staying at this motel again when I return to Rotorua. I highly recommend it.
